Kgalaletso has 21 years’ experience in Retail & Business banking gained at Standard Bank and Absa Bank. His previous roles at Standard Bank included Provincial Director – Northern Cape from 2006 to September 2010. His previous roles at Absa Bank includes: Regional Executive – Eastern Cape as well as Provincial Head: Business Banking-Northwest Province. He has extensive experience in relationship banking, credit and stakeholder engagement. Kgalaletso is currently the Head: Enterprise Development, Retail and Business Banking at Absa.  He has a B Comm in Investment Management, Money & Banking from the University of the Free State which was completed in 1998 and a Postgraduate International Development Programme – Financial Services at Wits Business School which was completed in 2015.
